Creating your ALR’s Quality Management Program

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment requires that every licensed assisted living facility in CO have a Quality Management Program (QMP). It is the first thing a surveyor will ask for when they arrive on site for a survey. What is a QMP, how do I maintain it, what should I include or not include in my QMP? This presentation will help you better understand the QMP as a process.

He has launched and run both small and large assisted living communities.
